API Key is not Generating ?

Hello All
I am using Woocommerce plugin in our website. Now i would like to use Angular JS as a front end and wordpress for backed. for that i need to generate webservices, but i am unable to generate REST API in woocommerce. i am following the docs (https://docs.woothemes.com/document/woocommerce-rest-api/) but unable to generate keys. When i click on Generate API key then a saw a loading window nothing else.If anyone have solution please help me. Thanks in advance !
