API key can not be generated

    For a few months now on several websites I get this error while trying to generate an API key
    SUCURI: We notice that the IP 66.248.203.12 has already requested the API many times. Wait few hours to request more.

    I sent an email to Sucuri but no answer.

    Any idea how to fix?
