API key access has been revoked

Hi support,
On our website people can no longer register for the newsletter, we see the following error: Registration error: API key access has been revoked.
We have already created a new API key several times, but without success. Even after using the support chat at MailChimp has not led to success. They referred us to the support of the plugin. Can you let us know how we can fix this asap?
