• When I am putting in the right API key it says:

Error from last API Key attempt:

The owner of that API Key (daimilus) is not on the access list for this blog (17026275). Stats was installed using a different API key. The owner of the original key can add users to the access list, or you can contact WordPress.com support.

ok… I am the only owner of that key and it has worked well on all other blogs I have, but why not on this? How do I solve this problem?

  • Log in to wordpress.com and check your api key settings. You can have one key for many blogs or add users – several options there.

The problem is that the only API things I can find is the actual key, I can’t find any settings for it… where do I find that?

When at wordpress.com go to dashboard, my blogs and see if your blog is listed. If not click on register a new blog. It will look like you can register only a wp.com blog but you can register any blog that has not been registered.
