    @dan456123 can you please add a CONSTANT to your wp-config.php file with your correct IP address? We have documentation on this here.

    Once you’ve done that – please try to save your audience settings and let us know if that does the trick!

    @dan456123 `we’ve got a confirmation from someone who has your same exact problem that setting that config specific to this solved the problem.

    define( 'MAILCHIMP_USE_OUTBOUND_IP', false );

    Please let us know if this does the trick for you too!`

    So, ‘define( ‘MAILCHIMP_USE_OUTBOUND_IP’, false )’ did the job, i managed to connect with my mailchimp accout.

    However, Sync status is ‘running’ since your reply (almost 12h ago) and it seems it’s taking quite a long time for my 300 subs. Is that normal?

    @dan456123 if you’ve got a site that doesn’t get a ton of traffic, that’s normal because the way the job queue works is that it requires traffic. If you were to have the plugin page open logged into your admin it would do the trick though. All it takes is “traffic” to trigger the queued jobs.

    If you’re not seeing any movement – I would ask if you’ve got WP_CRON turned off for some reason?

    If you don’t have WP_CRON enabled, you’ll have to use the WP CLI to run the action scheduler.

    Can we start with checking to see if WP_CRON is enabled and go from here?

    @ryanhungate

    Sync Status: Running (still)

    i still get the ‘Mailchimp for Woocommerce has not added the webhook to Mailchimp, visit the plugin settings page and synchronize your store.’ notification

    we had traffic on the site in the mean time and customers appear in Mailchimp Audience with source: Mailchimp for WooCommerce

    Cron enabled

    Hi @dan456123 if you haven’t already resolved, the v2.7.1 version of the plugin should clear up this issue. Please let us know if you’re still having any problems and we’ll be glad to try some other troubleshooting steps with you.

    @khungate

    Hi, i upgraded yesterday to 2.7.1 but nothing has changed.

    Still in the same place as my previous message

    (@ryanhungate)

    @dan456123 if you could go enable the remote support option in the plugin we’ll have a better insight to your store for this to get resolved faster. Please let us know when that’s done.

    @ryanhungate support enabled

    (@ryanhungate)

    @dan456123 we’ve been able to add your webhook just now. That message should be removed. As for your orders syncing, if your site is not getting regular traffic it may just be taking a while to complete the sync. The sync requires web traffic to trigger the queue jobs. If you could open up the plugin and keep it on the admin screen showing you the stats, I think you’ll start to see your orders get processed. I’m already seeing more just with the small amount of interactivity that we triggered on your site alone.

    Let us know if you have any other questions!

    Also – if you have an “uptime” checker that will help trigger the queue as well behind the scenes.

    @ryanhungate yes, everything seems to be in order. Thank you for your help.
