API error – scheduled for deletion

On my page at https://intersex.christiangays.com/intersex-video-teaching-series/ I am getting an error:

Sorry, there was a YouTube API error: Project 727522348336 has been scheduled for deletion and cannot be used for API calls. Visit https://console.developers.google.com/iam-admin/projects?pendingDeletion=true to undelete the project. Please make sure you performed the steps in this video to create and save a proper server API key.

I did as they suggested but I don’t have any projects than are pending deletion. I know that my API works because I have it working on several other pages such as https://trans.christiangays.com/video-teaching-series/

I have gone through the whole process several times but I keep getting the same error. Would appreciate any input.
