API Error! couldn't connect to host

Hi Support!
When I entered the API key and clicked on the “Save” button, I got this message:
API Error! couldn’t connect to host
Also RSS-feed from GetResponse doesn’t work on “GetResponse Plugin Settings” page:
No rss items, feed might be broken.
On other blog all works properly.
Need your help!
