• Hi, I’m using your plugin to display facbeook reviews from 2 different facebook pages, onto 2 different pages onto my website. It used to work fine, then I had an error saying there was a API error. I’ve gone into the plugin settings and re-connected facebook. When I do this I can see my 2 pages appear, and I’ve re-copied the shortcode for both onto the relevant pages. It’s working fine for this feed – https://shurmer.co.uk/electrical/, but not for this one https://shurmer.co.uk/construction/

Are you able to help at all?

Whenever I go back to the plugin settings, instead of showing my 2 pages it still says ‘connect to facebook to show the shortcode’… I’ve tried logging in several times and copying the shortcode.

Hope you can help. If you need me to copy my debug information, please can you tell me your email address to send this to?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I don’t think it’s a browser issue.. It’s happening on multiple browsers and devices
The page is saying it’s an API error..

    Hi @macpheek,

When I try to enter to your FB page (fb.com/1641955352705007/reviews), I got the error:

Sorry, this content isn’t available right now

It means that this FB page has some security settings, like country restriction or maybe something similar. But according to the Facebook API, if you need to connect your page, it should be public and visible for all, it’s a limitation of Facebook, not us.

So, try to remove this security settings for your FB page and re-connect it again.

Let me know how it goes.

    Thanks!
