Data transfer to access the portal lead to a security breach! I do not want to issue portal data, so I want to get options from where there may be problems in text form here.

If there’s an invalid API response it’s most likely an ID mismatch between the newsletter and the sending queue.

The best thing to do is check in your database and first ensure that wp_mailpoet_sending_queues and wp_mailpoet_newsletters both have an auto increment on their respesctive ID columns in the database.

If they do, please post back the full response from Google Chrome developer tools when you try and view the stats.

I checked the tables, and both of them have data

That all looks fine. Do you see any errors in your error_log in your hosting?

Also do you have any security plugins installed?
