    Hi I have this error: Something’s not working. It looks like the API call to GoToWebinar isn’t succeeding. This may be because you are on a trial account. Unfortunately API calls can’t be made to GoToWebinar accounts on a trial. If you do have a full GoToWebinar licence please try re-authenticating the plugin again by pressing the ‘Click here to get Auth and Key’ button in the plugin settings. You should also clear the cache or turn the cache off in the plugin settings and this should resolve the issue.

    Hi @jeanzilla,

    The problem could be any of those things! Have you tried the suggestions of the error message?! This is why I wrote the error message so you could solve it yourself.

    If the plugin has been operating fine for you in the past it’s possible the message is just showing the error temporarily – sometimes I get this message even though things are actually operating smoothly. If this is the first time you have been using the plugin and the error is showing persistently then please follow the advice of the error message. Thank you,
