API error

    I have the shortcode for a form on a page and when I view the page I get this error: Whoops, you’re not connected to MailChimp. You need to enter a valid MailChimp API key. However, I have entered the api key and in the form list under List the correct form name is displayed from MailChimp and I was able to add the forms field in the Form Builder. What else needs to be done for the form to work?

    Hi @sedelstein,

    First, are you using the latest version of the plugin (6.3.1)?

    Second, can you navigate to the plugin’s settings page in the admin (where you enter the API key) and try re-entering the API key? Are you getting any errors or does it still say you’re connected? A lot of times a user’s server has intermittent issues connecting to MailChimp (i.e. the connection can fail sometimes). If it’s just a connection issue, this usually resolves itself within a half hour.
