    I cant find where I insert the image to share.

    Hi Mauro,

    Apologies for the prolonged delay in responding to your ticket and we’re sorry to know about the issue that you were facing.

    We’ve checked with the developer and he has suggested that you’d need to add the image while creating the downloadable post, otherwise the image won’t appear. Also, please make sure that the images have proper extension.

    We hope that this would resolve your issue. Please implement the steps and let us know if you are facing any further issues.
