    Hi,

I used both ways under “API Credentials” for “PayPal Checkout” at Woocommerce Settings

    1) Setup or link an existing PayPal account
    2) click here to toggle manual API credential input.

No matter certificate or signature or link to existing paypal account, after i input information it says either wrong API information or back to my admin page (after link), and nothing happens. So this plugin cannot activate the function (eg: display paypal button at shopping cart or checkout or etc)

Pls kindly advise is it an known bug, thanks.

Interesting. Since you are saying the shopping cart and checkout page are hidden, this sounds like a possible theme or plugin conflict. You can read more about plugin and theme conflicts here: ?https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/

The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to do the following:
    1. Temporarily switch your theme back to the Storefront or Twenty Seventeen Theme.
    2. Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and PayPal Express Checkout.
    3. Test to see if the issue has been resolved.

If that resolves the issue, then one-by-one you can switch back your theme and re-enable your plugins, testing in between, until you find the one causing the conflict. Please let us know how it goes!
