    Hi,

    I try to make the plugin work on my website. But the API connection between my website and Gelato is not working (FAIL on the Status Page of the plugin). I already ask help on the Gelato Chat but I’ve been waiting for 10 DAYS for help me. They are juste saying that my request is being escalated and everytime the answer is not relevant at all !

    Can someone help me to make the plugin work ?

    Hi,

    Apologies for the back and forth while we worked out the exact cause of the issue.

    I can see that we’ve now confirmed that the cause is that your store is under maintenance mode, and while the store isn’t “active” WooCommerce API is not available.
