API Connection Error

  • I am trying to use your plugin for the first time, however I am getting the following error:
    PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Aspose\Words\ApiException: [0] Error connecting to the API (https://api.aspose.cloud/v4.0/words/convert?format=DOCX) in C:\Inetpub\vhosts\israelpharm.com\blogs\blog.****.com\wp-content\plugins\aspose-doc-exporter\vendor\aspose-cloud\aspose-words-cloud\src\Aspose\Words\WordsApi.php:2771

    We have tested the plugin at our side and its working as expected. However, you can try the following to help us diagnose the cause.

    1. Please ensure you are using the latest version of the plugin, WordPress and PHP.
    2. Try to export a simple post (without comments, extra fields and embedded images, etc).
    3. Make sure that PHP is not running in safe mode, or outbound HTTP requests are not blocked by server.

    We hope that it should work. However, if the issue persists, then please enable debugging in WordPress and see if you can capture any details.

    Hi, I am having this same issue across several sites all on different hosts. WP installations are up to date as are PHP versions, plugins, etc. Is there any more information on a fix?
