    Hi there,

I’ve gone through the Basic Troubleshooting post and had a quick skim through the past support posts, but can’t seem to find anything that solves my problem. I’ve used WP Chatbot before on a different site and had no problems whatsoever.

I have very few plugins activated and this is the only one, I think, that uses Facebook’s SDK.

The problem comes when I click the “Connect to your Facebook page” button, it loads then gives these two error messages:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /var/www/carolinemarsland.co.uk/html/wp-content/plugins/wp-chatbot/inc/MobileMonkeyApi.php on line 254

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /var/www/carolinemarsland.co.uk/html/wp-content/plugins/wp-chatbot/inc/MobileMonkeyApi.php on line 254

    And, on the site itself:
    https://www.carolinemarsland.co.uk
Once the plug in is activated a bar at the top appears which says:
API communication error. Please try again later.

  • Hi Caroline,

Sorry about this error. I’m going to pass it to our Engineering team and see if they can sort it out for you.

I’ll be back in touch soon.

    Best,
    Dan Golder

    Hi, Carolina

Did you manage to log in to your FB account using Facebook Connection Button? Do you see the list of available pages for connection?
The error you are talking about is not related to this, but as far as I can see, you do not have an SSL certificate installed. This is a prerequisite for the Facebook SDK.

    Alexey Kapustsin

    Hi there,

Thank you for the quick reply!
I will get an SSL certificate installed and see if that fixed the issue.

Thank you again for your help,
    Caroline

    Marking this as resolved.

Hi, I’m still having the same API error on my site, I’ve installed a SSL, cleared my Facebook connection with the plugin and cleared my cache to no avail.

    Any suggestions?
