    Hi @tjerkrintjema,

    Unfortunately, it’s not possible to access the order by searching the sequential order number via the API. The sequential order number does not replace the post ID – it overrides it when displaying the order in wp-admin and on customer-facing order notifications.

    The post ID is still technically the primary order identifier.

    The advice offered by Max in the link you’ve provided is still the best answer here. Sorry I don’t have better news for you!

    Im having the same issue. Searches throught the API by sequential order number would be really helpful for many shops.
