    In the past few days, I’ve noticed repeated errors in my Mailchimp API calls. They appear to be the same error in the logs:

    GET /lists/…/segments/
    The requested resource could not be found.

    GET /lists/…/
    The requested resource could not be found.

    GET /lists/…/interest-catego
    The requested resource could not be found.

    GET /lists/…/merge-fields/
    The requested resource could not be found.

    During this time, my forms were forcing users to double opt-in even though all my settings were set to single.

    Do you have any insight as to why I’m getting these API errors or why double opt-in might spontaneously enable? Any help is much appreciated!

    Sorry for the late reply I just tested your form and I was able to submit no issues. Are you still having problems?
