    I am having errors from the plugin an cannot figure out what is going on. It looks like this error is happening a lot a crashing my site.

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

    The 403 error you are seeing is the plugin trying to retrieve our RSS feed so it can show 10 links in your WP-admin dashboard to our most recent blog post. We are currently rebuilding that RSS feed so it will get cached in future. For now this means there are no blog posts that can be retrieved from our website. This will definitely not lead to a crash of your website so something else must be causing that.
