API Address

Still love this plugin, but a heads up. Quit working for me tonight. After digging in, looks like the API calls need to be updated.
For example:
https://openexchangerates.org/latest.json >>
https://openexchangerates.org/api/latest.jsonAt least, it started working again when I made these changes. Found the documentation here: https://docs.openexchangerates.org/docs/
