APC Overnight Tracking

Hi there,
I am using APC Overnight to ship our parcels, I have tried adding the tracking number and follow the instruction. When I try to click track or just preview track, it will take me to (https://apc-overnight.com/receiving-a-parcel/track-your-parcel/exception) which always show that Request Could Not be Processed Invalid request parameters submitted.
However when I try with normal link (https://apc-overnight.com/receiving-a-parcel/tracking/) and fill in the same parameters myself it works just fine.
I’m not sure what causing this since I believe I did everything correct. Hopefully you can help me with this issues.

We updated APC Overnight tracking URL to AST’s shipping providers list, please sync the shipping providers list to update the information on your store.
To sync the providers list, navigate to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Shipping Providers, and from the top-right drop-down menu, click on Sync Providers.
