Apache mods enabled, but W3 Total Cache reports not available

The plugin won’t let me enable the Page Cache option. I did a compatibility check and the results indicated that the apache mods (mod_expires, mod_headers, mod_rewrite, etc) that are required for Page Cache: Disk Enhanced are not available. I checked with Dreamhost, though, and they said that the mods are all available on my shared server. What can the problem be?
