• Hi friends,
I’ve moved a wp site on my own VPS and I if look into /var/log/apache2/error.log found this error:

[Sun Oct 23 16:33:32.193307 2016] [:error] [pid 21029] [client 5.157.127.15:14529] PHP Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required '/var/www/mysite.org/public_html/wp-includes/SimplePie/Sanitize.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear') in /var/www/mysite.org/public_html/wp-includes/class-simplepie.php on line 8, referer: https://www.mysite.org/wp-admin/

What is this and how I could solve this situation? ??

    many many thanks

Either the file is missing or you don’t have read permission for it. Is the file in wp-includes/SimplePie? If not, download a fresh copy of WordPress and upload the unzipped contents to your site via FTP.

    Many thanks Steve!
I’ve make as you suggest and now all is perfect!

Very strange behavior anyway. I don’t understand how this could have happened…

    Thanks again!

    Ciao!
