    Upon subscribing to my email list, the email addresses with aol.com domains (yes, they still exist, who knew?) are not receiving subscription confirmation emails.

    Is this is a known issue? I suppose it doesn’t come up very often.

    My sender domain is verified with DKIM.

    Hi Matt,

    Yes. This is a known issue. It’s related to a deliverability issue MailPoet is currently experiencing from the Verizon Media Group properties (Yahoo, AOL, Verizon). Our sincere apologies if it has affected your business. Rest assured, we are actively working on resolving the issue.

    At the moment we do not have an ETA for a complete fix, but we are working to minimize any negative impact on our users.

    Feel free to temporarily change your sending method to “Other” for now if you have some time-sensitive emails to be sent.
