I’m using tokens for a clone site. I’ve shared the clone URL with someone who uses AOL. The results in this error message:

Your message to [email protected] has been blocked. See technical details below for more information. 554 Message not allowed – [PH01] Email not accepted for policy reasons. Please visit https://postmaster.verizonmedia.com/error-codes

The message still fails if I just create a link with the URL. It succeeds when I share a Google Doc with the link embedded.

By chance is AOL viewing the link as suspicious?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @lesliedare

Can you try to unblock his IP address using this tool. See if that works.

    Thanks,
    Bryle

I appreciate the idea, but I’m certain he picks up a dynamic IP address through his wireless. So no static IP.

Really only AOL can tell you why they choose to block a particular email; it’s not something we have any way of knowing from our end, unfortunately.

Understood. I figured that was probably the case, but wanted to check on your end. I might try a URL shortener next time to see if that gets around the problem.

    Thanks again.
