AOL blocking emails sent through WordPress mail

    I am using newsletter plugin K-news Version 1.7.9

    I chose to send newsletters via WordPress mail. It works for email addresses except AOL

    I filed a form with the AOL postmaster to confirm the IP address was ok and it came back as ‘good’. I sent a verification from my email which was confirmed but when I sent one from the newsletter I got no response.

    The email address the newsletter originates from is ****@cohassetconservationtrust.org and regularly forwards email to an AOL email user but this individual does not get the newsletter.

    I need to be able to email to AOL users. Help, please & thank you, Karen

    I resolved the problem by changing the sending format from WordPress mail to SMTP.

    I suggest WordPress and AOL work it out.
