    should i on the option of inine and defer css it remove the problem or not in autoptmize plugin setting

    well, that means that you’re getting closer (your pagespeed score is already better), but some of the “above the fold CSS” is missing (the one to render the remaining 27%). try with one of the other tools to identify your critical CSS maybe?

    but its creating a problem when site not loaded properly it not load the css part its not good .any other method that i have gave my client solid reason for this

    well, if you’re able to identify the missing CSS and add it to the above-the-fold-CSS (using one of the other tools or manually), then your site will load properly.

    as far as your client is concerned; optimizating CSS consists of two parts:
    1. aggregating & minifying CSS
    2. make it non-render blocking

    the 1st part can easily be done with Autoptimize, the 2nd part is pretty cutting-edge really and cannot be accomplished by simply ticking some options on a settings page (and as such is not done on a lot of sites yet). so I would tell your customer that (1) is part of your standard process, but (2) is not.
