Anything Carousel is not working properly on Tablet and larger screen sizes.

    I’m using SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle plugin (v1.38.1) and in a page I added Anything Carousel with default Settings except Slide to show and Slide to scroll settings.
    When I click Navigation arrows, slide show only one slide and If I click one more times, Chrome browser show “Something went wrong while displaying this webpage”.

    What is the problem and how can I fixed this. Thanks you all.

    Hi, thanks for getting in touch.

    It’s possible there is a conflict on the page. Please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except for Page Builder and the Widgets Bundle when able. With only those two SiteOrigin plugins activated, does the issue persist?

    Hi, thanks for trying. Please, try extending the conflict test. Temporarily deactivate all plugins except for the Widgets Bundle and Page Builder. Next, temporarily change your theme to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen. In that state, does the issue persist?

    Hi, sorry for my delayed reply.

    As you said , I tested with another theme, and carousel is work as normal. The issue is with the theme that I already used. Is there anyways to solve the issue? Thanks for your replies.

    Thanks for the update.

    Your theme appears to be custom; this means we aren’t able to test and investigate further. There don’t appear to be any console errors present. If you have a copy of your site setup on your local computer and if you have a technical background, you can perhaps try temporarily removing supporting scripts in your theme to try and find a working baseline.
