Anyone who sloved that updated post cannot display comment form

If you update(edit) any post using by fep, comment form does not be displayed below the post. This is not happened new post but edit(update) only.
I tried,
– when update any post, comment is closed ? –> No. can check in admin panel.
– nofollow? –> may not.Anyone help ???
