Anyone tried 1 Blog Cacher?

I found this on google. 1 Blog Cacher
It looks to be a fairly new cache plugin based on wp-cache.
I was just wondering if anyone had tried it yet. I need a cache plugin, so I guess its between wp-cache and 1 Blog Cacher.
He mentions v2.3, so hopefully it works.
