Anyone know how to delete a "middle footer" widget?

Ive tried a bunch of things…. Currently I have a footer with 3 options for widgets that came with the “local business” theme…
I have a contact us page on left…. And google maps on right…
Middle or 2nd widget I “blanked” out, so there’s nothing there, yet the stock misc writing etc is still there?
