• Started yesterday, Stats shows a severe drop off in my traffic down to where today it has not logged a single visitor to the site.

I have the proper footer script (haven’t changed anything with my plug-in’s in about a week.

Just wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing this before I ditch the plug-in in favor of something else.

  • Yes, I’m having a major problem. Mine just stopped this morning at a certain number and hasn’t changed. I know I’ve had many, many visitors, especially because they’ve been submitting and commenting.

Yes yes, here too. Mine has stopped since the last 6 hours. There is no graph at all, but the links below the chart – referrer and hits – seem t show today’s hits although it may have stopped at some point along with the plugin. So glad it’s not just me, as I did have a hick-up on the site today. Does the plugin owner know?

I have a problem right now. I deactivated the plugin in order to see whether I can get it working again. I entered the API key of my proflicliving account, which I had entered before, and it recognizes that the API belongs to said account but it is not associating it. Error message is this. PLEASE advise. I really want to activate plugin and get all the old stats back up.

WordPress.com Stats needs attention: please enter an API key or disable the plugin.

The API key ” ” belongs to the WordPress.com account of “prolificliving”. If this is not your account, please re-enter your API key.

Add new blog to my account

Do this if this blog is new or has never been associated with your API key. This blog will be added to your WordPress.com account.

I am also having the same problem with the stats just dropping off. The update also shut down my blog with a server error for a while.

The issue I’m having is that only the home page and corollary pages (media, about) are logging hits.

The Top Posts & Pages area usually logs the bulk of our daily hits (via twitter, google, direct links, etc.), but now that’s missing. So I can’t tell which posts are actually getting hits, even though I know for a fact that they’re getting those hits.

This started 48 or so hours ago, about a day or two after updating to WP 3.0. Any thoughts on how to fix this problem? It’s very annoying.
