Anyone get BackWPup FTP running with GoDaddy?

    Shared hosting accounts on GoDaddy don’t appear to allow outbound FTP connections, unfortunately. I’ve run into the same issue with BackupBuddy on GoDaddy hosted sites.

    are you just backing up to wordpress then?

    Yes, the backups are saved to the web server, and when I get the email notification, I manually offload them to another location.

    Have you tried any of the other options (Amazon S3, etc.)?
