    Hi support, i did get an initial response to the ticket i (re)sent via the support system but since then ive not received any further contact. I received a response from you asking for clarification that I sent back on 25 October and since then ive heard nothing and have had to re-send my email twice now. I’d love to recommend and highly star the plugin but support has to be more forthcoming.

    I’m still waiting for a response from the ‘priority support’ email as my post above says but this is once again weeks later.
    such a shame as this plugin seemed like a good one

    STILL NO RESPONSE, I HAVE RE-RE-RE-EMAILED, SENT A NEW SUPPORT REQUEST IN AND POSTED REPEATEDLY HERE.
    And yes CAPS is on for a reason.

    I’ve had this issue with them many time in the past. Luckily, I haven’t had any more problems with the plugin (until now).

    IMO the best way to contact them is here. Maybe because everyone can read it and they are “kinda” forced to give a response. But I see with this thread it might not be the case anymore…

    it is indeed a shame… there is sporadic support but for a premium plugin the support is very much lacking ??

    I’m looking for another booking package as support was never answered
