    I keep getting entirely useless replies by “Md. Ohidul Islam” from [email protected] for months and it looks like this person is either extremely unqualified or he’s straight trolling us. Is it just me or anyone else facing this insanity?

    Md. Ohidul Islam if you’re reading this—you clearly cannot help us or you don’t want to but the result is the same. Do you have anyone else in your team that can provide tech support?
