Anyone else experiencing this?

    When using Chrome’s developer tools, there are quotation marks after some elements that break up the style. Doesn’t happen when on the WWW, only happens on my localhost. Also moved from XAMPP to WAMP and still get the same issue.

    I’d love some input. Thanks.

    It was one of the plugins. The charset affects the plugin on some localhost environments…. I’m guessing.
