anyone can read wordpress comment without register?

i means “i want anyone can see comment without logged in and with logged in. 2 types user can see comment but logged in user only post comment”.

You can set that under Settings > Discussion > check: Users must be registered and logged in to comment

i already do this but when i do this then only loggen in user can read comment i want without logged in anyone can read comment
