Anybody Home?

I have to say I’m not impressed with the service, so far. I was led to believe that WordPress had good service, but my original post has been up for a week and a half and no one’s told me what I need to do or offered any suggestions as to what might be the problem. I can’t get my blog off the ground if no one can see my images. I suppose you guys probably have a lot of people to help, but just tell me; what’s the average response time on these “Support” forums? Two weeks? A month?
