  • I purchase the software. It is ok but doesn’t fit my needs. I would like to use the money back guarantee to request a refund but can seem to get in contact with anyone from the company.
    I have used the contact page on the site and two email addresses received when i purchased the product.

  • If you paid with PayPal you could involve them to get your refund. I know how it could be frustrating.
