Anybody good w/ Synergy theme??

I’m having a couple problems with formatting. I cant seem to figure out how to place a 728×90 ad in between the Callatonic Banner and where the Home/About Us page begins. I tried messing with the header.php file.

Also….I dont understand why the links dont show…I clicked the option visible and filled everythign out.
