Anybody care?

I need to know if there is a way to modify how contributors contribute news. I want them to contribute news via form with no registration.

Its a simple form where they put in their name, email, title and message and hit submit. The submitted stuff gets moderated and submitted as regular articles. Anything like that availabe, any plug? any hack? any help?
