Any way to use Spoken Word with audio recording of a real person?

Hello. Thank you so much for the amazing work you’ve done. I wanted to know if it was possible to use Spoken Word (or any of your other plug-ins) to have words become highlighted as they are spoken (either by manually syncing, using a timed text file, or automatically syncing), in an audio recording instead of by text-to-speech.
If you do not have any plug-ins that do this, do you know of any that do? I’ve been having a hard time finding something like that.
