Support theme that uses Aqua Resizer?

Hi,

I’m trying to set up WP Offload S3 Lite on a client’s site. Their theme makes extensive use of the Aqua Resizer PHP script. https://github.com/syamilmj/Aqua-Resizer

In WP Offload S3 Lite settings I have “remove files form server” disabled.

However, whenever I upload an image, things like post featured images, related posts images, and any image that uses Aqua Resizer are broken.

Is there anyway to work around this issue? it seems that Aqua Resizer is quite common, so it would be great if it could somehow work with WP Offload S3 Lite.
