Any way to stop rules applying to bundles?

  • Hi there, we bought the pro version of this plugin the other week and are currently using it to make a tiered discount system (20% off 2 items, 30% off 3 items, 40% on 4+ items). The only problem we have currently is that bundles seem to now charge twice for products with the discount on the item list.

    For example:
    How it should be: Bundle of 2 underwear: $50 (final price)
    total cost: $50

    How it is: Bundle of 2 underwear: $50
    1 underwear – $30 discounted with rule for 2 items
    1 underwear – $30 discounted with rule for 2 items
    total cost: $110

    Is there any way to turn off the pricing rules effecting bundles? I’ve excluded our category that has our bundles in but it’s still effecting the individual items inside the bundle.

    Hi,
    As per forum rules, all Pro support must be handled via other channels.

    Please contact me on https://www.varktech.com/support/
    and supply the following:

    (*) a **precise, complete summary** of the rule in words, just like this example:
    “Buy 3 of category X, get a discount on all category x purchase(s) … ”

    (*) the rule summary:
    – Go to the Pricing Deals Rule screen for the problem rule
    – click on ‘Copy to Support’ in the right column
    – Copy the result as instructed on the page
    – Paste into return email to me.

    (*) your System Report:
    – Go into wp-admin, select Woocommerce->System Status .
    – Click button ‘Get System Report’ at top of page.
    – Click button ‘Copy for Support’.
    – Copy the result as instructed on the page
    – Paste into return email to me.
