Any way to simplify this?

Hello,
I am trying to figure out if there is a way to simplify the navigation from my home page. All I have on the home page are shapely parallax widgets, each has a button that leads to either a movie file or a photo gallery. The photo galleries make sense, but the movie files jest link to a .mp4 files which loads into a new browser window and the user has to use the browser “back” button to get back to the home page.

Is there some way to have the mp4 movie file pop-up in a lightbox? All the lightbox plugins I have seen seem to use a shortcode, but I cant seem to use the short code in the parallax widget link button.
