Any way to put borders on the inactive tabs?

I love this plugin and use it a lot on my site ( https://italy-cycling-guide.info ) but I’d really like to be able to find a way to put borders on the inactive tabs. I’ve ust spent the morning fiddling with the css but without any success. Has anyone found a way to do this?
