Any way to keep all the custom function cods in separately?

  • Hello all!

    My blog has several custom function codes. When I’m changing the theme, I have to re-edit the new theme function.php file. Are there any way to auto add old theme custom function cods when I’m installing new theme?

    Or are there any plugin to keep all the custom function codes separately?
