Any way to import the images as well

  • I’d like to import the image as well instead of displaying it from the original site!

    When i check my wp-content/upload folders … it does import the image but inside the post , the images are still link with the original site from where i import the contents !

    I’ll be very thankful to you if you can help me with this issue !

    only if you are using the feed to post and check to the image as the featured image will the image be imported…otherwise it will not….the reason is that most people do not want the images filling up their wordpress installation..so only the featured image (if that is chosen) is imported.

    Also, Is there any way to remove the link from feedname

    At the end of the post . i m inserting the source

    I want to remove display only the feedname and remove the url from feedname

    if you know php, you can edit the import_posts.php file and get rid of the hyperlink to the feed name if you want.
