Any way to get this to work with bbPress?

I’ve tried all the display options and nothing shows up. What function or shortcode could I use in my template?

I’m using the content-single-topic-lead template for the topic posts and this is where I’d like to put the button. If I select ‘posts’ it does show up on some wordpress pages, but I don’t actually want it there. A function to call the button would be ideal.

Thanks. It’s a very nice design and idea. I like it better than ‘like’ buttons.
