Any way to get the MORE tag to go to the TOP?

THe more tag is great for longer things on the front page, but I’d prefer it go to the page, more precisely, the TOP of the page where the post is continued, so the whole post and page header etc. is shown.

Any way to accomplish this? Is it right in front of me but I can’t see it (happens all the time)?
